CF Legacy (“we,” “us”) operates an SMS program for property owners, rental applicants, tenants, and people who inquire about our services at cflegacy.com.

Messages may include inquiry responses, leasing and showing updates, application status, rent and payment reminders, maintenance updates, and other service communications. Marketing texts are sent only if you separately consent. Message frequency varies.

Rates. Message and data rates may apply.
